1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "You") and 63peso ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform," "the Company") governing your access to and use of the 63peso website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). Multiple accounts registered by the same person, whether using the same or different personal details, are strictly prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts may result in the closure of all accounts associated with you, forfeiture of any balances, winnings, or bonuses, and potential legal action. You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your account to any other person or entity.

2.3 Verification Requirements

63peso reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. You agree to provide such documentation promptly upon request. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions, including suspension of deposit, withdrawal, and gaming privileges. 2.4 Account Security Obligations

You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for all activities conducted through your account. 3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

You may fund your 63peso account using the payment methods specified on the Platform, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and other electronic payment services available to Philippine residents. All deposits are subject to verification and acceptance by 63peso. We reserve the right to refuse or reverse any deposit in our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification procedures and processing times as specified on the Platform. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or when we detect unusual account activity. In the event of a dispute, the English version of the game rules shall prevail. 63peso's determination regarding game outcomes and rule interpretations shall be final and binding.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the 63peso platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of 63peso or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of 63peso and is protected by copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our Platform without prior written consent from 63peso, except as follows: your computer may temporarily store copies of materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials; you may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes; and you may print one copy of a reasonable number of pages for your personal records only.

The 63peso name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of 63peso or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without prior written permission of 63peso. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

6.1 Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous availability of the 63peso platform, we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to suspend, withdraw, discontinue, or modify any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice. 63peso shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such suspension, withdrawal, discontinuation, or modification of Services.

6.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. 63peso DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT OPERATION OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL 63peso, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF 63peso HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 63peso's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

6.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 63peso, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; (d) any fraud or willful misconduct by you; or (e) any misrepresentation made by you.

7. Account Closure and Termination

7.1 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw all funds from your account, subject to any applicable wagering requirements or restrictions. Any bonuses or promotional funds will be forfeited upon account closure. You remain liable for any obligations incurred prior to termination.

7.2 Termination by 63peso

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) we suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) you provide false or misleading information; (d) you are found to be operating multiple accounts; (e) we are required to do so by law or regulatory authority; or (f) we determine, in our sole discretion, that continued provision of Services to you would be inadvisable.

7.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination of your account by either party: all licenses granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease; you must immediately stop all use of the Services; you will forfeit any pending bonuses or promotional funds; we will process withdrawal of your balance subject to verification of your identity and absence of any breaches or suspected fraud; and provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

8.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services, you agree to first contact 63peso customer support to attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal proceedings. All disputes shall be resolved individually, and you waive any right to participate in class-action litigation.

8.3 Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the Services, you should immediately contact our customer support team with details of your complaint. We will investigate all complaints promptly and provide a response within a reasonable timeframe. If you remain dissatisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution process outlined above.

9. Responsible Gaming

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. 63peso may assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction and without notice to you.

10.5 Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail and be controlling.
